All products sold on this Website are sold by Bevie Handcraft AU Pty Limited (ACN 089 830 286), an Australian proprietary company (“Seller”). By placing an order on this Website, you enter into a binding contract with Bevie Handcraft AU Pty Limited as the Seller.

Green coffee beans are a food product. It is your responsibility to ensure that any product you purchase is suitable for your intended use, including compliance with any applicable food safety or importation requirements in your jurisdiction.
5. Orders and Purchases
5.1 Placing an Order
When you place an order through this Website, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant products from Bevie Handcraft AU Pty Limited (the Seller). Your order is not accepted until you receive a written order confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:
- Products are unavailable or out of stock;
- There is an error in the pricing or product description on the Website;
- We suspect fraudulent activity; or

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund using your original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse, operated by Bevie Handcraft AU Pty Limited. Delivery is carried out by third-party courier services. Estimated dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control.
Risk in products passes to you upon delivery. If you believe your order has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
7. Returns and Refunds

- Remove or alter any trademark, copyright notice, or other proprietary notice on any product or product packaging; or
